We’re shipping in focused stages — starting with what's working now, and expanding based on traction and feedback. This roadmap is directional, not fixed.

Phase 1 – Proof of Work (Ongoing)​

  • Profile-based report generation
  • Export to PDF and Excel
  • Manual report requests via internal system
  • Early adoption from builders and Web3 community
  • $SCRB token launched (no VC, community-first)
  • Status: Active — this is what’s live today.

Phase 2 – Core Expansion (Planned)​

  • Hashtag-based report support
  • Self-service interface (basic report request tool)
  • Sentiment analysis layer (automated)
  • Token-based access and usage tiers

Phase 3 – Community Layer (Exploration)​

  • Launch of CrabHut for early contributors
  • Community-driven tracking requests
  • Optional report feedback tagging
  • Early-stage plugin system (for researchers/devs)

Phase 4 – Ownership & Governance (Future)​

  • Token-based voting and feature prioritization
  • Community contribution rewards (data, feedback, signal)
  • Governance over CrabHut experiments and access model
